Fundación Yepez A.C. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the ecological balance and the protection of sea turtles since 1967. They are involved in community projects such as conservation, reforestation, beach cleanup, and recycling. All of this is done by paying special attention to environmental education.

Their priority is the protection and conservation of sea turtles which are on the verge of extinction, and their main place of impact is the northern area of Veracruz in the Gulf of Mexico - Tulum.
